An 18th century Italian silver cross

An 18th century Italian silver cross, marked twice with town mark of Naples, and once with maker's mark possibly VL, the hinged pierced front with a screw fitting, the sides applied with cherubs, the interior with fitted compartments, the reverse engraved with a crucifix scene, length 8.6cm, approx. weight 0.8oz.
