A Dutch burr-walnut and walnut bombe bureau cabinet, with a shaped cornice above a pair of replaced mirrored panel doors with applied shell mouldings enclosing adjustable shelves and three drawers above a pair of candle slides and a banded fall with book rest, to a fitted interior with cupboard door, pigeon holes, drawers, the outer ones stepped with concave fronts above a well with two short and two long graduated drawers with later brass handles, with canted scroll angles on bun feet, early 18th century and later, 95in (241cm) h, 52in (132cm) w, 27in (68.5cm) d.
