An early 18th century walnut chest on stand, the quarter veneered top with crossbanding and stringing above a chevron banded and strung front of two short and two long drawers, the stand with a long drawer all fitted replaced brass plate handles and escutcheons, with later applied carved busts, shaped stretchers and turned feet, 48in (122cm) h, 40.5in (103cm) w, 25.25in (64cm) d.
