A 19th century middle Eastern silver cup

A 19th century middle Eastern silver cup, cover and saucer, unmarked, circular form, reeded scroll handle, one side inscribed 'S.M MOENS ESQ.', the other side with an Arabic inscription, chased foliate borders with gilt highlights, the pull-off cover with an urn finial, height 12cm, approx. weight 16oz.
