An Edwardian ewer, in the form of an ancient Greek askos on a plain foot with a plain lip, surmounted by two cast reclining goats, the large decorative handle with leaf adornment, terminating in a cast putto, the swollen body with a textured finish and two moulded rattails down the back, the Hunt & Roskell Ltd, London 1905, 8.5in (21.7cm) high, 28oz.
