A rare Lund's Bristol leaf-shaped pickle dish

A rare Lund's Bristol leaf-shaped pickle dish, painted in blue with a flower stem and leaves and with four cross-hatched panels to the border, the reverse moulded with veining. A minute flat flake to the tip. c.1750, 10cm. Cf. The Watney Collection part one, Lot 140 for a shell pickle dish with similar cross-hatched border panels.
