A late 17th century oak chest, the boarded top with an applied moulded edge with later hinges, the interior with a lidded till, above an incised frieze and quadruple panelled front with conforming sides, 27.5in (69.8cm) h, 54.5in (138.5cm) w, 22.25in (56.5cm) d. Lock replaced, crack to front left leg.
