An early 19th century painted chest

An early 19th century painted chest, in simulated bamboo, the top with a key border and applied reeded edge above two short and three long graduated drawers fitted wood knob handles, one replaced, on high turned feet, 42.5in (108cm) h, 42in (107cm) w, 21.5in (54.5cm) d. The top appears to be mahogany whilst the drawers are sycamore and pine lined with blue paper.
