A late Victorian natural pearl and diamond foliate brooch

A late Victorian natural pearl and diamond foliate brooch, suspending a large drop shaped natural pearl from a smaller pearl centred bow and floral surround. Millegrain set overall with graduated circular and cushion shaped diamonds. Detachable brooch fitting. Fitted case.

Accompanied by report number 07830 from the Gem and Pearl Laboratory, London dated 29th May 2013 stating that the two part-drilled pearls weigh 15.32 and 1.00cts and are natural saltwater. Both with worked areas.
