A rectangular gold cigarette case, the rose gold case with applied two colour gold monogram to one corner and with cabochon sapphire thumb piece, engraved with Russian inscription dated 1908. Work master August Holming (A*H) and 56 Zolotnik with Kokoshnik all stamped twice, approximately 157g, 9cm long.
