A George III silvergilt snuff box, oblong with rounded corners, repeating foliate motifs around the sides and a scene on the cover depicting two classical females passing the time of day against a mural backdrop with cupid in attendance and a fruit and vine border, the base engraved and initialled "EPS", by Joseph Wilmore, Birmingham 1813, 3in (7.7cm) wide, 4oz.
