A Charles I silver Apostle spoon
A Charles I silver Apostle spoon, possibly St. Peter,
maker's mark A.B, and with three towers, unascribed circa 1630,
fig-shaped bowl, faceted stem with a gilded Apostle finial, lacking a nimbus and with part of a large ornamental key, the reverse of the bowl later prick-dot initialled '1662' 'F.F over 'I.D', length 19.4cm, approx. weight 2oz.
