A late 19th century colonial small presentation trowel, a turned ivory handle, engraved border and inscription 'HEB 1882 LADYSMITH'*, maker's mark only, 'JH', unascibed 7.5in (19cm) long.
*Perhaps Ladysmith is either New South Wales, Australia or South Africa.
