A George III Irish tea urn, of squat circular form on a square pedestal with large paw feet, gadrooned borders and twin handles, the domed cover with a large finial in the form of a cup and cover, engraved crest, coat of arms and motto "ESPERANCE EN DIEU", complete with internal iron holder and cover, by James Le Bass, Dublin 1814, retailer's mark of "WEST", 17.6in (44.6cm) high, 180oz.
