An early Charles II porringer and cover, of bellied form, embossed with trailing flowers around the cover and lower body, cast caryatid scroll handles and an engraved coat of arms on both the body and cover within plumed mantling and a scroll bordered shield, maker's mark "IC" above a mullet, in a heart shaped punch, London 1661, 5.7in (14.4cm) high, 20.5oz.
