The highlight of the April sale is lot 76 A pair of William & Mary needlework panels, circa 1700. These panels feature figures, animals, biblical and mythological scenes and their combination of their size, age, condition and colour make them truly magnificent, estimate £8,000-12,000. Consigned by a Far Eastern vendor Lot 313 is a wonderful micromosaic topped table.  With an English carved walnut base possibly by Gillows complimented by an intricately worked top decorated with convolvulus. The sale also includes several micromosaic paperweights. Following on from the successful sale of the late Peter James Rankin's collection of bronzes in the January sale we are pleased to offer three Old Master bronzes from his collection, lots 353-355, two are after designs by Giambologna. The sale also features a small collection of cricketing memorabilia, the highlight are a pair of bronzes after Joseph Durham, lot 296 and a small collection of sporting prints from the Sir Mathew Thorpe collection.
