The Arthur Holder Collection of Silver & Vertu (Part 1)

Arthur Holder began collecting silver over forty-five years ago, and he was still collecting when he passed away in February this year at the age of ninety-seven.

Arthur’s collection was extensive, covering all aspects of silver. There were some main interests including: wine labels, waterman’s badges, stamp cases, nutmeg graters and castle top vinaigrettes and card cases.

This sale will be part one of the collection, and the following parts will be sold in 2017.
