A rare William De Morgan Galleon charger, painted to the well with a galleon at full sail, the border with a frieze of cherub Winds blowing the galleon, each with a dove, glazed in ruby and golden lustre on a white ground, the reverse with a scrolling foliate design in ruby, unsigned 44cm. diam.
