A Kashmir sapphire two stone ring

A Kashmir sapphire two stone ring, the cushion shaped sapphires weigh 3.59 and 3.35cts and are set in a plain platinum mount. Engraved with inventory number 2532. Size M ½.

Family tradition holds that the ring was purchased from Chaumet in 1934.

Accompanied by report number 75667 dated 17th July 2014 from SSEF, Switzerland stating that the two sapphires measure 8.28 x 7.89 x 5.71mm (3.592ct) and 8.43 x 7.79 x 5.41mm (3.356ct) with blue of strong saturation and no indications on heat treatment. Origin: Kashmir.
