A Minton Majolica garden seat 2nd half 19th century, modelled as a seated blackamoor boy wearing a brocaded jacket and draped in a lion skin, supporting a green tasselled cushion on his head, impressed marks, shape number 1225 and date code for 1866, the base cushion rebuilt, 53cm.
