By Sebastian Garrard, a commemorative silver inkwell, retailed by Garrard and Co, London 1935, circular form, the hinged cover with the arms of the Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths, the side engraved 'Silver Jubilee of King George V 1935, The Gift of The Goldsmiths Company', with a clear glass liner, diameter 10.2cm, approx. weight 14.2oz. Provenance: H.G. Murphy (1884-1939), and thence by descent to the present owner.
