A Victorian silver engraved vinaigrette,

shaped rectangular form, the hinged cover with a lake scene, with boats to the left, a castle to the right and hills behind, the sides and base with engraved foliate scroll decoration, the base with an initialled cartouche, the interior with a pierced and engraved silver-gilt grille, length 3.5cm, approx. weight 0.6oz.
