A CHINESE CINNABAR LACQUER VASE

19TH CENTURY

The ovoid body carved with figures in a wooded landscape, with a band of lappets and key fret to the foot, stylised lotus flowerheads and scrolling foliage, key fret and lappets to the shoulder and neck, and a row of ruyi-heads to the rim, 28cm.
