A mahogany lady's kneehole dressing table, in the manner of John Bagshaw and Sons, the hinged panelled top concealing a triptych pull-out mirror with bevelled plates, with attachable gilt metal lamps, above an interior fitted with silver mounted jars and bottles, ivory handled beauty utensils, clothes and hair brushes, mostly original and stamped with a crest with a lion rampant above a banner inscribed 'EN GRACE AFFIE', the silver hallmarked for Charles Boyton & Son's, London 1924, with hinged trays and two secret drawers above two frieze drawers on square tapering legs to brass castors, 35in (88.8cm) h, 31.25in (79cm) w, 23in (58.5cm) d. Scratches to top.
