A French amaranth and ormolu mounted glove box in the manner of Paul Sormani, the hinged lid centred a ribbon tied foliate cartouche with a trellis work centre flanked by scrolling foliage, to a watered silk interior, late 19th century, 3.5in (8.5cm) h, 12.25in (30.7cm) w, 4.5in (11cm) d.
