Chinese Website Launched

In keeping with changing market trends, the Chinese version of our website is now available.

A first for a regional auctioneer - the website has been produced by web hosts Webreality in conjunction with Freya Yuan, our Chinese speaking member of the of the Asian Art department.  Freya is also responsible for translating the Asian Art catalogues along with raising the company profile using Weibo, the Chinese equivalent of Twitter, and a website which is more welcoming and user-friendly to Chinese clients seemed the natural progression.

The site is intrinsically the same as the English site but features a Question & Answer tab to cover the most commonly asked questions from Chinese buyers regarding payment, shipping and other queries.

The intention is to broaden the variety of items listed online to include jewellery, silver clocks,watches and other items that may appeal to a Far Eastern audience.
