d Ashinaga (long legs) and Tenaga (long arms) are mythical fishermen. They are typically depicted together, sometimes with Ashinaga wading into deep water and Tenaga sitting on his shoulders and reaching down with his long arms to catch a fish. They are symbols of success through co-operation.
