A Charles I sweetmeat dish, with a fluted circular body, punched decoration, central shield cartouche pricked 'ED' over 'HH' over 1635, two scallop shell and engraved thumb piece handles, makers mark anchor between 'DG'*, London 1635, 8.4in (21.3cm) wide (including handles), 4.2oz. *See Jackson revised p113.
