A George III engraved pill box, the cover with a dial numbered '1' to '10', on a diaperwork ground with a moveable, gilt pointer (later internal grille for use as a vinaigrette), by either James Cull or John Caney, London 1802, 1.35in (3.5cm) long, 0.5oz.
