Description

A Japanese ivory carving of a man, kneeling on a bearskin rug and unsheathing a katana, the underside with the simulated animal spine, eyes, nose and ears, a three character signature, Meiji 1868-1912, with a wood stand, a small chip to the box, 12cm. (2)
