A carved wood and painted console table in George II style, with a faux marble top having squared corners above a leaf cornice and floret frieze with a central shell and fruiting swags, on griffen headed scroll legs with hairy paw feet, 35.5in (90cm) h, 55in (139.5cm) w, 29in (73.5cm) d. This table is a copy of an example at Ditchley Park, Oxfordshire.
