A Victorian oak bookcase by Wilkinson & Son, the moulded cavetto cornice above three glazed doors each with carved rosettes, enclosing adjustable shelves, flanked by leaf carved spiral twist and fluted columns, the side with a door to access an integral space for maps or folios, above two drawers the centre with a hinged pull-down front fitted a shelf, stamped 'WILKINSON & SON, 4591, 8 OLD BOND STREET', 78in (198cm) h, 75in (190cm) w, 15.75in (40cm) d. Losses to mouldings.
