Description

A 19th century Dutch mahogany tantalus, with applied moulding, having turned bone handles, fitted 6 square glass decanters with stoppers with gilt highlights, each with a gilt wine label for 'COGNAC', 'GIN', 'RUM', 'IRISH WHISKEY', 'CHERRY BRANDY' and 'SCOTCH WHISKEY', the lid with a pair of stem glasses, on turned bun feet, brass lock replaced, 9.75 in (24.8cm) h, 11.25in (28.3cm) w, 7.75in (19.7cm) d. Patches to reverse and left side, small chip top left back corner.
