An Elizabeth I ascribed West Country seal top spoon, with a squat, ribbed, hexagonal seal terminal, scratched with the initials "W.F" on the back of the bowl, by Richard Osborne, Exeter (crowned 'x' in bowl, "RO" on back of stem), 1570-1580.
