Description

Three Chinese bowls, one with a cover with a coral ground decorated with bamboo, one decorated with nine children playing in a garden, the third with dragons and carp separated by fruiting peach trees, all with six character Jiaqing marks and of the period 1796-1820, chips and cracks, 18cm. (4) Provenance: Acquired by John Reeves after his arrival in Canton in 1812, and thence by descent.
