Sheffield Park. Three 'pocket' manuscript maps of the Sheffield Estate in Sussex, the first a working manuscript of c.230 pages, with numerous pen, ink and watercolour estate plans of farms with notes of yields, crops, etc., signed on the endpaper by Samuel Hens 'Jan. 1820', possibly the compiler, thumb index, a few loose, one plan apparently excised at the end, contemporary diced russia, spine defective, wanting clasp, (overall 218 x 140mm) - and 2 similar, smaller, later, Estate plan books in contemporary calf.
