An interesting late 17th century/early 18th century wavy end dessert spoon, with a moulded rattail and engraved cypher, makers mark only, by Pierre Labrosse, c.1700, 6.75in (17.2cm) 1oz. *Literature - see The Silver Society Journal, Autumn 1998, 'Hugenot Refugees from Anjou,' by the late Brian Beet for a full account of the Labrosse family who left Anjou Angres in around 1685, Pierre was enderizened in London in 1693.
