A pair of early 18th century Dutch silver double-lipped sauce boats, oval form, shaped border, scroll handles, the sides applied with shell motifs, engraved with an armorial, the whole on a raised oval foot, by Christiaen Olislaegers, Maastricht circa 1745, length 20.5cm., height 8cm., approx. weight 25oz.
