A Delft drug or ointment jar, painted in blue with 'O. Liliorum' within a cartouche of peacocks and winged masks, 2nd half 18th/19th century, 27.5cm.
Lily ointment or Oil of Lily was traditionally used to relieve a sore or swelling.
