A 19th century Dutch silver needle case,
apparently unmarked,
tapering circular form, embossed with foliate decoration and figures, and above one figure the word Zoutman, possibly for Rear Admiral Zoutman of the Dutch navy, the terminal initialled, length 9.6cm, approx. weight 0.7oz.
