An Edwardian silver two-handled trophy cup and cover, By The Goldsmiths and Silversmiths Company, London 1905, campana form, leaf capped scroll handles, with a chased frieze of roses, thistles and shamrocks, above acanthus leaf decoration, the domed pull off cover with a cone finial, inscribed 'SUNDAY TELEGRAPH CHALLENGE TROPHY FOR THE BEST DISPLAY OF BRITISH FASHIONS' , the whole on a raised circular foot, height 44cm, approx. weight 120oz.
