Description
A mahogany bookcase on chest, having a key cornice above a pair of astragal glazed doors enclosing adjustable shelves, the chest veneered in plum pudding mahogany with four oak lined graduating long drawers fitted gilt brass handles and escutcheons, on bracket feet, 85.75in (217.7cm) h, 46.5in (118cm) w, 22.25in (56.5cm) d. Top and base associated, cracks to both side of chest and small sections of veneer missing from top.
