A fine, large Martin Brothers Pottery bird jar and cover by Robert Wallace Martin, with upright stance and forward staring eyes, in shades of brown and ochre highlighted with blue and green, on later wooden base, incised 21.4.1903 R W Martin & Bros, London & Southall to neck and base, small chip to back of base 43cm. high
