A set of four 18th century Irish silver salt cellars,
maker's mark only, that of Michael Walsh, Dublin circa 1780,
shell form with shell handles, on three hoof feet, engraved with a crest, length 10.5cm, approx. weight 13oz. (4)

The crest is that of the Irish families Griffiths, Holmes, Wills, Pasley, Darling, Boland and Collins.
