An early 19th century rosewood and brass marquetry writing slope, the hinged cover initialled GR, to a hinged interior with gilt tooled leather surfaces, a pair of ink bottles and a lidded pen compartment above three secret drawers, the sides with sunken brass handles, 6in (15cm) h, 16in (40.5in) w, 9.75in (25cm) d.
