A late 19th century marquetry and parquetry glove box by Anton Seuffert, Auckland, New Zealand, with a burr veneer, possibly totara, the domed cover with a central cartouche with a fern flanked by two cube bands, the inside with rewarewa to the lid and the rest in rimu, the left side with evidence of a distinctive shaped label, 3in (7.5cm) h, 11.5in (29cm) w, 4in (10cm) d.
