A Meissen covered cabinet cup and saucer, painted with details from Raphael's Sistine Madonna within circular gilt cartouches on a rich cobalt blue ground, the cup raised on three claw feet, the handle formed as two entwined snakes, crossed swords mark and impressed '82', 19th / 20th century, 13cm.
