tapering cylindrical form, the glass possibly by Powell, the hinged cover with a pierced scroll finial, strap work, and mounted with four red enamel cabochons, the body with rope work mounts and a central vacant shield, scroll handle, the whole on a circular foot, on four pierced bracket feet, height 15.2cm.
