A French mid 19th century double dial mystery clock, the twin barrel movement driving two glass dials inscribed 'Minutes' and 'Heures' within brass bezels, the front inscribed 'Premiere pendule a mouvement invisible avec aiguille des minutes faite par D.Desmet Heltzel a Brugea', the rosewood and marquetry inlaid base, 12.75in (32.4cm) h, with a glass dome.
