A small Chinese wucai cylindrical vase, decorated with a scholar in a mountainous landscape, holding a ruyi sceptre next to a crane, his servant who looks away holds a qin wrapped in silk, Shunzhi period 1644-1661, minor damage, 19cm. From the collection of Professor D R Laurence MD. Provenance: purchased from R & G McPherson, London.
